We’ll make yours distinctly your own, with thoughtful communication, beautiful guides, gifting, printed pieces and intentional details that care for your clients while naturally guiding them toward photographs and artwork they’ll value.

LEARN THE ART OF SELLING
Selling becomes something you understand, practice and know how to lead. We’ll work on the conversations, the psychology behind how clients make decisions, and the relationship between selling and genuinely serving someone well. You’ll talk through what to say, how to present your work and pricing, how to transition the conversations in an ordering meeting, how to confidently place an order, and the technology and systems that make the entire experience feel polished and easy for your client.

BUILD OFFERS WITH INTENTION
We’ll create smaller offers, petites and portrait events that bring in new clients, serve existing ones and create additional revenue throughout the year. You’ll learn how to price, position and market them strategically so they grow your audience and support your core offer rather than compete with it.
During the first four weeks of Get Rooted, you will want to block off four intense Wednesdays (get a sitter, call for help, turn on do not disturb) for diving deep and making big strides during our hands-on group calls. After the first month, we move to every other week calls to give you time to create.
Plus we keep up daily in our Slack community (because sometimes you need a quick solution, a joyful space to celebrate a win or a safe space to vent about that client email).

This course is for any professional portrait photographer who has established a business and ready to adapt your business to fit better into your personal and financial needs. You have a strong interest in creating a deeper level of service for your clients and are craving artwork beyond digitals. If you’ve downloaded the freebies, joined the Facebook groups and read all the advice, but still feel you’re lacking direction in your business, the hands on approach to this group might be just what you’re missing.

That entirely depends on you and have quickly you would like to apply what you learn inside the course. The modules are all released right away for you to consume.
If you choose Get Rooted Collective or Get Rooted Immersion, the group calls you receive will guide you step-by-step through the content with me at your side.

Included as part of this course is The Pricing Workshop where you learn about the real numbers driving your business. During this section you will figure out exactly what you need to earn on each session. Some photographers decide to raise their smallest package offer to meet this financial need, while others are able to simply add products to their current offering.

All modules are provided in an online account. You will have unlimited access for the lifetime of the course.

There are three ways to participate in Get Rooted that include diferent levels of support:
Get Rooted Solo is for those ready to take charge on their own. You will get immediate access to the modules and can begin consuming the content and apply what you learn at your own pace.
In Get Rooted Collective, you also gain access to the bi-weekly group calls where we move through the main course objectives together. You will also have access to the Slack community where you can ask daily questions. I answer all questions typically same-day or by the next day, during the work week.
In Get Rooted Immersive, you receive all of the above plus monthly one-on-one calls with me to get highly relevant feedback on your business and unique needs.
